Question: After review of the Solicitation and the accompanying documents including
Amendments 1& 2, I can find no definitive language regarding the Bid Bond. Is a Bid
Bond required?
Answer: The RFCSP reference on page 11, paragraph 2.15, the only bonds that are
required are the payment and performance bond. A bid bond is not required.
