SCHERTZ, TEXAS PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 05-S-49 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the
following manner.
SECTION I
"Amending the development standards for the Sedona Subdivision Planned Unit Development,
Ordinance 05-S-49 relating to the 757.737:t acres of land ouI of the Julian Diaz Survey No. 66,
Abstract No. 187, the E.R. Evans Survey No. 80, Abstract No. 216, and the Geronimo Leal
Survey No. 79, Abstract No. 424, Bexar County, Schertz, Texas, being more particularly
described in the Field Notes attached and made part hereof Exhibit 'N'. The amended standards
are set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto, entitled "Sedona Planned Unit Development,
Development Standards, Master Development Plan Amendment # 1 Submitted 5/24/06".
SECTION II
THAT, The Zoning District Map described and referred to in Article III, ofthe UDC, Ordinance
96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
