CONSENT AGENDA A. Minutes for March 27, 2013 and Apri[ 10, 2013 Regular Meeting. Mr. Greenwald moved to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Crawford seconded the motion. Vote was 6-0. Motion carried. ITEMS F®R INDIVIDUAL C®NSIDERATI®N A. PC2011-OIO Riata -Unit 4A -Extension Consider and act upon a request for approval for a time extension for the final plat of Riata Subdivision, Unit 4A. The 8.588 acre tract of land consists of 39 residential lots located on Fairlawn Avenue approximately 600 ± feet north of Old Wiederstein Road. The property is zoned Single Family Residential District (R-7). Ms. Wood presented this item by stating that the applicant is requesting approval far a 6 month time extension for the final plat of Riata Subdivision, Unit 4A. The final plat was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 11, 2011 and the approval remains in effect for a period M i Hates Planning and toning Convnission May 8, 20 [ 3 Page 1 of 3 of two (2) yews. The final plat for Unit 4A is due to expire on May 1 1, 2013. The applicant is requesting a 6 month time extension for filing of the final plat due to the economic downturn which caused a delay in their development. Staff recommends approval of the request fora 6 month time extension of the Riata, Unit 4A final plat. If approved on this date, this six (6) month extension would expire on November 11, 2013. Mr. Greenwald moved to accept the item as presented. Mr. Glombik seconded dle motion. Vote was G-0. Motion car--ied. S. PC2013-016 '1'l~e Reserve at Scbert~, Unit 2 -Final Plat Consider and act upon a request for approval of a final plat of The Reserve at Schertz, Unit 2, a 22.541± acre tract of land out of 93.452 acre tract and situated in the Stacy B. Lewis Survey No. 317 and the Antonio Zamora Survey No. 36, City of Schertz, Bexar County, Texas and located on N. Graytown Road approximately 1100 + feet north of the IH 10. Ms. Wood presented this item by stating that the applicant's representative was not in attendance and that the applicant had requested a 30-day waiver to wo--k through some issues. Staff, therefore, requests that the Commission table this item tonight. Discussion followed between the Staff and the Commission. Mr. Crawford moved to table this item until the next scheduled meeting. Mr. Glombik seconded the motion. Vote was 6-0. Motion carried. 6. REQ€TESTS AMID A1®lN®UI~IC`EMENTS A. Requests by Commissioners to place items on a future Planning and Zoning Agenda. Mr. Crawford requested that Staff place a discussion item on the next agenda to address questions raised by citizens tonight. Mr. James stated that Staff can prepare a workshopldiscussion on those items such as HOA process, drainage responsibilities and what propez-ties are includes on master plans. B.
