Minutes - Consideration and/or action regarding the approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of April 25, 2013. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Jim Webb and seconded by Tom DeKunder. The motion carried unanimously. 4. Newsletter and Remembrances Summer 2013 Special Edition Articles — Consideration and/or action regarding a Summer 2013 Newsletter and Remembrance Special Edition Articles. A motion by Merle Behne and seconded by Cynthia Palmer was made to approve publication of the newsletter and the three REMEMBRANCE Special Edition Articles. The motion passed unanimously. Mr. James clarified the recommendation of staff and his feelings that the position I# '# to the Council was not a reversal of support but a realistic appraisal given the needs and goals for future development of the Historic Overlay District. a =1 zzm�t - Outreach — Chairman Weirtz advised of coordination with TXDOT for placement of the State • Texas Subject Marker for Comal Settlement. TXDOT will be setting the marker in place along with a portion of one of the several 1915 culvert headwalls recovered from road reconstruction work in 2012.
