2006S41-Rezoning 06-8-41 AN UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner. "Rezoning 1.765:1: acres being situated out of the G. Malpaz No. 67 Survey, Abstract No. 221, Guadalupe County, Schertz Texas, more particularly described in the Field Notes and Map, as attached hereto as Exhibit A, from Residential District-2 (R-2) to Neighborhood Services District (NS)." The Zoning District Map described and referred to in Article lIt, oftheUDC,Ordinance 96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the .above amendments.
