This is an open meeting, subject to the open meeting laws of the State of Texas. Notice of time, date, place, and agenda is hereby posted on or before Monday, June 23rd, 2014 at approximately 5:00 p.m., as required by law. EXECUTIVE SESSION – Called in accordance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, DELIBERATION REGARDING REAL PROPERTY; CLOSED MEETING. A governmental body may conduct a closed meeting to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.  Project E-005 12.
