Mr. Richmond called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

3. CONSENT AGENDA
A. MINUTES FOR THE REGULAR MEETINGS FOR SEPTEMBER 23, 2015 AND
NOVEMBER 18, 2015.
Mr. Crawford motioned to approve the consent agenda. Mr. Dahle seconded the motion. Vote
was 4 -0 with Mr. Glombik and Mr. Greenwald abstaining. Motion carried.
4. PUBLIC HEARING
A. PC2015 -023
Hold a public hearing, consider and act upon a request for approval of a replat of the Legacy
at Forest Ridge Subdivision Lot 3, Block 2, consisting of approximately 10 acres, establishing
three (3) lots. The property is located at 5001 Schertz Parlevay, City of Schertz, Guadalupe
County, Texas.
City Staff gave a presentation and recommended approval of the replat.
Public hearing was held.
Mr. Dahle motioned to approve this item as presented. Mr. Greenwald seconded the motion. Vote
was 6 -0. Motion carried.

Consider and act upon a request for approval of a preliminary plat of the Homestead
Subdivision Unit IA, an approximately 48 acre tract of land situated in the J.F. Zapeda
Survey No. 257, Abstract 471, and the P. San Miguel Survey No. 256, Abstract 227, City of
Schertz, Comal County and Guadalupe County, Texas, generally located on IH -35 North
approximately 2,000 feet west of the intersection of HI -35 North and Schwab Road.
City Staff gave a presentation and recommended approval of the preliminary plat.
Mr. Dahle motioned to approve this item as presented. Mr. Crawford seconded the motion. Vote
was 6 -0. Motion carried.

Consider and act upon a request for approval of a preliminary plat of the Homestead
Subdivision Unit 1B, an approximately 23 acre tract of land situated in the J.F. Zapeda
Survey No. 257, Abstract 685, J.F. Zapeda Survey No. 257, Abstract 471 and the P. San
Miguel Survey No. 256, Abstract 227, City of Schertz, Guadalupe County, Texas,
generally located on IH -35 North approximately 2,000 feet west of the intersection of
HI -35 North and Schwab Road.
City Staff gave a presentation and recommended approval of the preliminary plat.

was 6 -0. Motion carried.

generally located on IH -35 North approximately 2,000 feet west of the intersection of

generally located on H1,35 North approximately 2,000 feet west of the intersection of
HI -35 North and Schwab Road.
City Staff gave a presentation and recommended approval of the preliminary plat.
Mr. Crawford motioned to approve this item as presented. Mr. Dahle seconded the motion. Vote
was 6 -0. Motion carried.
G. Waiver — Rough Proportionality on roadway construction associated with PC2015 -039
Consider and act upon a request for approval of a waiver regarding rough
proportionality on roadway construction related to the preliminary plat of the Reserve
at Schertz Subdivision, Unit 4, Lot 41, Block 13, an approximately 31 acre tract of land
located at 5408 North Graytown Road.
City Staff gave a presentation and recommended approval of the preliminary plat.
Mr. Greenwald motioned to approve this item as presented. Mr. Crawford seconded the motion.
Vote was 6 -0. Motion carried.
Consider and act upon a request for approval of a- preliminary plat of the Reserve at
Schertz Subdivision Unit 4, an approximately 31 acre tract of land situated in the
Antonio Zamora Survey No. 36, Abstract No. 828, City of Schertz, Bexar County,
Texas, located at 5408 North Graytown Road.

City Staff gave a presentation and recommended approval of the preliminary plat.
Mr. Crawford, motioned to approve this item as presented. Mr. Dahle seconded the motion. Vote
was 5 -1 with Mr. Greenwald voting nay. Motion carried.
