Mr. Greenwald motioned to approve consent agenda item Minutes for the February 14, 2018
regular meeting. Mr. Outlaw seconded the motion. The vote was 7-0, motion carried.

Hold a public hearing, consider and act upon a request for approval of a replat of Verde
Enterprise Business Park Unit 10B, an approximate 9 acre tract of land located on the south east
comer of the intersection of Schertz Parkway and Verde Parkway, City of Schertz, Guadalupe
County, Texas.
Ms. Gould gave a presentation on a request to replat of Verde Enterprise Business Park Unit
I OB. Ms. Gould described the general location, existing conditions, access to the property, and
public improvements that are required. Ms. Gould indicated that staff recommended approval
of the replat.
