The Schertz Planning and Zoning Commission convened on February 27, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the
Municipal Complex, Council Chambers, 1400 Schertz Parkway Building #4, Schertz, Texas.

Mr. Dahle called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

No residents spoke.
3. Consent Agenda:
A. Minutes for the February 13, 2019 regular meetings.
Mr. Outlaw motioned to approve the minutes for the February 13, 2019 regular meeting
with one correction: Mr. Outlaw first motioned approval of Item 4A, instead of Mr.
Dahle. Mr. Braud seconded the motion. The vote was 7 -0, motion carried.
4. Items for Individual Consideration:
A. PC2018 -045
Consider and act upon a request for approval of a preliminary plat of Rhine Valley
Subdivision Unit 3B, an approximately 13.5 acre tract of land generally located 3,000
feet east of the intersection of FM 1518 and Ray Corbett Drive, City of Schertz,
Guadalupe County, Texas.
There was a brief discussion.

Mr. Greenwald motioned to approve item PC2018 -045. Mr. Outlaw seconded the
motion. The vote was 6 -1 with Mr. Evans voting nay, motion carried.

There were no requests by Commissioners.

applications submitted to the Planning and Community Development
Department between February 9, 2019 and February 22, 2019.

2. Windy Meadows Lot 34, Block 2 (144 Windy Meadows)
Site Plan- proposed 6,498 sqft warehouse building expansion
