The Schertz Planning and Zoning Commission convened on March 13, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the
Municipal Complex, Council Chambers, 1400 Schertz Parkway Building #4, Schertz, Texas.

Mr. Dahle called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

3. Consent Agenda:
A. Minutes for the February 27, 2019 regular meetings.
Mr. Greenwald motioned to approve minutes for the February 27, 2019 regular meeting.
Mr. Braud seconded the motion. The vote was 6 -0 with, motion carried.
4. Public Hearing:
A. SUP2018 -003
Hold a public hearing, consider and make a recommendation on a request for a Specific
Use Permit to allow a Convenience Store with Gas Pumps on approximately 2 acres of
land, more specifically described as the southeast corner of FM 3009 and Ripps-
Kreusler, City of Schertz, Guadalupe County, Texas.
Mr. Dahle opened the public hearing 6:07 P.M.
QuikTrip Corporation gave a presentation.

Mr. Dahle closed the public hearing 6:24 P.M.
There was a lengthy discussion.
Mr. Greenwald motioned to recommend approval to the City Council on item SUP2018-
003. Mr. Rae seconded the motion. The vote was 5 -2 with Mrs. Bacon and Mr. Evans
voting nay, motion carried.

A. Requests by Commissioners to place items on a future Planning and Zoning Agenda.
There were requests by Mr. Braud and Mrs. Bacon.

There were no new site plan applications submitted to the Planning and

8, 2019.
