The Schertz Planning and Zoning Commission convened on March 27, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the
Municipal Complex, Council Chambers, 1400 Schertz Parkway Building #4, Schertz, Texas.

3. Consent Agenda:
A. Minutes for the March 27, 2019 regular meetings.

Consider and act upon a request for approval of the final plat of Rhine Valley
Subdivision Unit 2, an approximately 16 acre tract, consisting of 70 single family
residential lots, generally located on Lower Seguin Road 3,000 feet east of the
intersection of Lower Seguin Road and FM 1518.
C. PC2019 -001
Consider and act upon a request for approval of a final plat of The Crossvine Module 1,
Unit 3, Phase A, an approximately 30 acre tract of land generally located south of the
intersection of FM 1518 and Hollering Vine, City of Schertz, Bexar County, Texas.
D. PC2019 -002
Consider and act upon a request for approval of a final plat of The Crossvine
Module 1, Unit 3, Phase B, an approximately 15 acre tract of land generally located south
of the intersection of FM 1518 and Hollering Vine, City of Schertz, Bexar County, Texas.

Mr. Greenwald motioned to approve the consent agenda items. Mr. Rae seconded the
motion. The vote was 6 -0, motion carried.
4. Workshop and Discussion:
A. Workshop / Discussion and Public Hearing on Short Term Rentals and PIT Pads
Mr. Dahle opened the public hearing at 6:13 P.M.
There was a lengthy discussion.
Mr. Dahle closed the public hearing at 6:52 P.M.
