2007S05-Rezoning ORDINANCE NO. 07-S-05 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS AMENDING THE lJl'1H'.lJ!.D DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC) ORDINANCE 96-S-28 BY REZONING 4.618:1: ACRES OUT OF THE GENOBERA MALPAZ SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 221, IN GUADALUPE COUNTY, SCHERTZ, TEXAS FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT-I (R-I) NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DISTRICT (NS); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner. SECTION I "Rezoning 4.618:1: acres being situated out of the Genobera Malpaz Survey, Abstract No. 221, Guadalupe County, Schertz Texas, more particularly described in the Field Notes and Map, as attached hereto as Exhibit A, from Single-Family Residential District-l (R-l) to Neighborhood Services District (NS). SECTION II THAT, The Zoning District Map described and referred to in Article 111, of the UDC, Ordinance 96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
