2009 Master Calendar
Each year the staff drafts a Master Calendar that serves as a planning tool for the
upcoming year.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends Council approval of the Master Calendar after consideration of
cancellation of the 20 October Council Meeting. This meeting occurs the day before the
Annual Texas Municipal League Conference scheduled in Ft. Worth, October 21=23,
2009. In addition, fifth -week City Council Meetings are not scheduled in 2009 and are
still open to the discretion of the Mayor and Council.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ:
That the above stated recommendations are hereby approved and authorized.
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Schertz, Texas this 23rd day of December, 2008, at which meeting a quorum was present,
held in accordance with the provisions of V.T.C.A., Government Code, §551.001 et seq.
