AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 87-S-22
PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL PLATTING FEES
CONTIGUOUS WITH AND PARALLEL TO SCHERTZ
PARKWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS,
THAT Ordinance No. 87-S-22, which provided for
Special Platting Fees contiguous and parallel to Schertz
Parkway for a depth of 500 feet from north IH 35 access road
south to the intersection of the Schertz Parkway and East
Live Oak Road, is hereby repealed and declared null and void
and of no effect.
