AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY
OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING
CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE II, SECTION 18-45 OF
SAID CODE, PROVIDING FOR RESTRICTIVE VEHICLE
WEIGHT LIMITS OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000)
POUNDS TO BE PLACED ON SCHERTZ PARKWAY, EAST
LIVE OAK ROAD, PFEIL ROAD AND LOWER SEGUIN
ROAD; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:

THAT Chapter 18, Article II, Section 18-45 of the Code or
Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended to read
as follows:
"Sec. 18-45.

Vehicular weight limit on certain
A vehicle weight limit of fifteen thousand (15,000)
pounds to through traffic is placed on the
following:
(a) Schertz Parkway from its intersection with Elbel
Road north to IH 35 Access Road.
(b) East Live Oak Road from its intersection with
Schertz Parkway to its intersection with Farm to
Market Road 3009 (Roy Richard Drive).
Cc) Pfeil Road from IH-I0 Access .Road to the
intersection of Ware-Seguin Road.
Cd) Lower Seguin Road from Farm to Market 1518 to
the western most city limits."

this ordinance are hereby repealed.
