ORDINANCE NUMBER 223
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF SCHERTZ ORDINANCE NUMBER 21, DATED
L :MAY 1959 PROVIDING FOR REGULATING THE HOURS OF OPERATION FUR
SOLICITING OF MERCHANDISE OR OTHER C~ODS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
That Section 5 and Section 6 be included in Ordinance 21 of the
City of Schertz, Texas and shall hereafter read as follows:
Section 5. The hours of operation for door-to-door peddling
or soliciting within the City of Schertz, Texas shall be from 10:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays. Peddling and soliciting
door-to-door is prohibited on Sundays.
Section 6. Any portion or portions, sections, clauses or phrases
of Ordinance No. 21 of the City of Schertz, Texas in conflict herewith
are here by repealed.
