BE IT ORDAINED BY HIE Lll 'f COUNCIL OF lJU. Lll 'f OF S\.,ItERTZ, TEXAS: THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner. SE\., lION I "Grant a Specific Use Permit for O.578~ acres out of the Genobera Malpaz Survey No. 67, Abstract 221, Guadalupe County, Schertz Texas, more particularly described in the specific use exhibit attached hereto as Exhibit A, to allow for a commercial building in the Air Installation Compatible Use Zone (AICUZ), (APZ-l)." SECTION IT THAT, The Zoning District Map described and referred to in Article III, of the UDC, Ordinance 96-S-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments. SUP2007-004 Schertz Industrial Parle Lot 28, Block 1 SECTION III THAT this Ordinance shall be effective from and after its fmal passage and any publication required by the City of Schertz.
