1. Minutes: Consideration andlor action regarding the approval of the minutes of
the 213120 meeting with 2 corrections.
- Laura Wilson moved to accept the 2/3/2020 minutes with changes.
- Patti Paulson seconded the motion.
- Motion carried. The 2/3/2020 minutes were accepted with corrections.
2. Treasurer's Report: Consideration andlor action regarding the approval of the
1212019 Treasurer's Report
- The book sale in February was the best ever with $1652 in sales. There
were also record sales in the bookstore of $300.
- Joanne Ward moved to accept the 12/2019 Treasurer's Report as
presented.

facility maintenance and repair plan. The library is • schedule for carpet
replacement and some public area remodeling and new chairs.

Regina Gutierrez, an assistant librarian for 20 years, will be taking some time off
since her husband is in hospital. So books may be a bit slower to get back to the
floor.

The Fiesta program is scheduled for 3/2111-1 and include crafts, foods, games,
and programs. Sponsors are the Charisse Cochran Foundation and Girl Scout
Troop 315.
National Alliance for Mental Health will have a free support day • 3/22 from
1:30-5:30. There will be people there to help family and friends of people wi
mental health issues. Booklets, information, communication strategies, etc. w
be available. V1
A Needs Assessment Survey, 3/9-3/23, can be completed online or in the library.
It would take about 5 minutes to complete and will look to garner what people
want to see as services, etc. from the library.

April, with some suggestions from customers, has been working • Discove
Day, Dungeons and Dragons, Teen Advisory, Walk in Technology, Lego even
and Open Mike times. I
Playground - there has been more police presence due to a prior incident at t
playground. Also school resource officers and county constables along with I
crossing guards are keeping an eye • the playground. Many parties are
working on actions to help with the situation.

The Cloud Library app is up and running. The Canopy program is doing well al
