1. Minutes: Consideration andlor action regarding the approval qf the mrout 6s of

- Joanne Ward over to accept the 3/2/2020 minutes with 1. correction.
- Patti Paulson seconded the mofion.
- Motion carried. The 3/2/2020 minutes were accepted with 1 correction.
3. Librarian's Report: Librarian will report on thefollowirkq items.

Digital cards were handled online and allow customers to use online resources.
Card renewals were handled ley email.
There were often people in the parking lot using the Wi-Fi.
During the shutdown, there was a time when book-3 could not be ordered due to
delivery issues. Ordering of books has restarted.
Summer plans
zwmmer reading programs will all be posted online. Book bundles by theine for
adults and children will be available and can be registered for online or by
phone and then picked up. Mini-golf has been cancelled by the Library
Foundation.
With regards to the bookstore, a re-opening date has not been set. It is too
small to maintain social distancing, No donations are being accepted at this
time. It may be possible for volunteers to come to work room one at a time.
Perhaps the bookstore could re-open by the end of July and volunteers start in
early July. Again, all plans are fluid.
Some area libraries have begun re-opening and how they work out will also be
considered going forward.
LAB
Cindy Vigil has resigned from LAB. A new volunteer has been accepted and
details will follow,
