21-R-110 - FY2021-22 Fee Scheduoea; ai f f # PUCI rr WE is WHEREAS, due to the need for periodic modification • said fees and for the purposes of efficiency, the City Council desires to adopt future fee changes by resolution rather than by ordinance; and WHEREAS, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) License/Permit Type: Wine and Malt Beverage Retailer's Permit (BG) previously known as the Wine and Beer Retailer s Permit and (Malt Beverage) Retail Dealer's Off-Premise License (BE) have different fees for Original and Renewal Licenses; and different fees depending on which county the business is located in; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to update the fee schedule.
