Vice President made a motion to approve SSLGCIS investment report for the quarter endi
December 31, 2017. Secretary Reiley seconded. Upon a vote being called the motion carriell

Resolution # SSLGC R18-02
Mr. Cockerell advised that the Debt Management Policy was developed to one similar to the City of
Seguin's. SSLGC had the financial advisors review the document and recommend approval. This policy
will provide increased confidence in the management of SSLGC financials.
Director Greenwald made a motion to approve Resolution # SSLGC R18-02 (SSLGC Debt
Management Policy). Vice President Jacobs seconded. Upon a vote being called the motion
carrieF by unanimous decision.

Mr. Cockerell advised that this policy was developed by following the City • Seguin's.
Vice President Jacobs made a motion to approve Resolution # SSLGC R18-03 (SSLGC
Capitalization Policy). Secretary Reiley seconded. Upon a vote being called the motion carried
by unanimous decision.
