RESOLUTION # SSLGC 19 -10 — Phase III Payment GCUWCD
Mrs. Beard presented the request of early payments from the parties in the agreement to maintain the
efficiency of the installation of the monitoring well system since the drilling contractor is already
mobilized.
President Dwyer made a motion to approve Resolution #SSLGC R19 -10. Vice - President Wait
seconded. Upon a vote being called the motion carried by unanimous decision.
The eighth order of business was Construction Update — John Winkler, Walker Partners and
Trino Pedraza, Operations Mana r.
Cathodic Protection Phase II: Titan Milling continues to make slow progress. They are currently
waiting on permits for road crossings and performing easement cleanup. All other welds up to
the live oak tank are complete.
WTP Office Complex: The complex was formally bid and scheduled for bid opening on July
30`h. We anticipate bring our selection to the August Board Meeting.
Guadalupe Wells and Well Piping John Winkler delivered 60 ®o designs for both on July 2 "`'.
On July 15" I began meeting with our SCADA integrator to instrumentation needs and I/O
points.
Seguin Bridge Crossing: I met with Craig Bell, an Engineer with TRC on July 2 to develop a
SOW for the bridge crossing pipe rehabilitation. I am currently for delivery of the PSA and
task order.
