The second column is the income statement for the SWI FT funds. The expenditures to date are for legal services in relation to the bond funds, right -of -way acquisition services, and engineering. The third column is I &S Fund. As mentioned earlier; the first bond payment will carne in February. The fourth column is for the Repair and Replacement Fund. The expenditures which have occurred in this fund are for repairs to wells as well as the high service pump repair and replacement. The fifth column is the Future Development Fund. The expenditures in `s fund are for renovation to the to the treatment plant office building, the water model services and professional services related to the solar power project. The sixth column is the Impact Fund. The expenditures in the fund are for the Sc hertz additional point of delivery project. The eighth column is for the 2010 Bond Fund. Finally, the ninth column is interest earnings in the Rate Stabilization Fund. The total column indicates net income of $3,745,214.19. You will now fund the report for the budgetary comparison of the operating fund. All categories are under budget; As indicated earlier, the reports following the SSLGC Fund reports are those for the SAWS IS Fund. You will find the Comparative Income Statement for the Operating Fund towards the back of the report. Revenue has increased by $226,226.49, with the largest increase being sales to Selma of $70,189.60 due to an increase in consumption. Expenditures have increased by $2,380.96, with the largest being in the GCGCD Permit line itern of $69,950.48. In October, we paid the Guadalupe County Groundwater Conservation District $55,994;44, which was for our portion of the monitoring well per the special permit condition. Our net income before transfers' creased from last year by $223,845.53. Finally, you will find the working capital trend chart. Working capital has increased since September 30, 2019, by $3,697,541 It is a common trend for working capital to increase the quarter prior to the quarter the bond payments are made. Please note that the escrow funds are for the'SWIRFT funding is not included in this calculation. Investment report for quarter ending ece er 31, 2020 Mrs. Caddell presented the Investment Report for October 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Interest earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 were $10,835. Assistant Secretary Dwyer aide a motion to approve SSL C's investment report for the quarter ending December 31, 2020. Vice President Reiley seconded. Upon a vote being called the motion carried by unanimous decision.
