Groundwater Conservation District $55,994.44, which was for our portion of the monitoring well per
the special permit condition. Our net income before transfers increased from last year by $345,975.68.
Finally, you will find the working capital trend chart. Working capital has decreased since December 31,
2020, by $3,447,245. ,It is a common trend for working capital to decrease the quarter prior to the
quarter the bond payments are made. Please note that the escrow funds are for the SWI FT funding is
not included in this calculation.
Assistant Secretary Dwyer made a motion to approve SL C's financial statements for the
quarter ending arch 3, 2021. Treasurer Hamlett seconded. Upon a vote being called the
motion carried by unanimous decision.
. Investment report for the quarter ending arc 1, 2021
Mrs. Caddell presented the Investment Report for January 1, 2021 through March 31, 2021. Interest
earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 were $8,276.
Secretary Greenwald made a motion to approve SSL 's investment report for the quarter
ending arch 31, 2021. Vice President Reiley seconded. Upon a vote being called the motion
carried by unanimous decision.

Mrs. Beard presented the budget for 2021 -2022 that was included in the board packet.
....Assistant Secretary Dwyer made a motion to approve Resolution # SSLGC -23. Vice
President Reiley seconded. Upon a vote being called the motion carried by unanimous
decision.

SSLGC caustic vendor added an increase in price of the chemical. This increase is $0.0525 per dry lb.
effective June 9, 2021 through December 8; 2021. SSLGC will re -bid the contract next June as there is
just one more contract renewal option left on the current contract. -

President Reiley seconded. Upon a vote being called the motion carried by unanimous
decision.
