The Hearing of Residents is a time set-aside for any person who wishes to
address the Commission.Presentations should be limited to no more than 5
minutes.Each person should fill out the Speaker’s register prior to the meeting
located in the lobby.The Commission can only discuss items that are on the
agenda.Discussion by the Commission of any item not on the agenda shall be
limited to statements of specific information given in response to any inquiry,a
recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry,and/or a proposal to place
the item on a future agenda.The presiding officer,during the Hearing of
Residents portion of the agenda,will call on those persons who have signed up
to speak in the order they have registered.If you have any handouts to provide
for the Commission please visit a City Staff member prior to the meeting.

Sight concerns at Canopy Bend exiting to Lower Seguin Road
•Investigation ongoing. Engineering evaluating sight distances along
with geometry and speed limit of Lower Seguin Road
Concern of parent parking/standing on street within Crossvine
waiting to pickup students from Founder’s School
•Police Department observed no problematic behavior within
subdivision
•Traffic queue on FM 1518 observed. Issue resolved after school
modified access practice
