The Cibolo Valley Local Government Corporation will meet June 22, 2023, 8:30 A.M. at the City of Cibolo, City Hall Annex,
First Floor Community Room located at 201 Loop 539 West, Cibolo, Texas.
All agenda items listed below will be considered for discussion and/or action at said meeting.
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Public comment.
5. Approval of Minutes for meeting held April 27, 2023.
6. Presentation of FY2021-2022 Audit Report-Travis Rogers, Pattillo, Brown, & Hill, LLP.
7. Executive Session called under (i) Chapter 551 Government Code, Section 551.071 to seek the advice of its attorney on legal
matters related to Strategic Plan, (ii) Section 551.072 for deliberations regarding real estate and Section 551.071 to seek the
advice of its attorney on legal matters to discuss groundwater permitting and groundwater leases, (iii) Section 551.074, to
deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or
employee to wit: Executive Director.
8. Discussion and/or possible action on items considered in Executive Session.
9. Consideration/Approval of a budget amendment for the Cibolo Valley Local Government Corporation fiscal year 2022-2023

This agenda has been reviewed and approved by CVLGC’s legal counsel and the presence of any subject in any Executive
Session portion of the agenda constitutes a written interpretation of Texas Government Code Chapter 551 by legal counsel for the
government body and constitutes an opinion by the attorney that the items discussed therein may be legally discussed in the
closed portion of the meeting considering available options of a court of record and opinions of the Texas Attorney General know
to the
attorney. This provision has been added to this agenda with the intent to meet all elements necessary to satisfy Texas Government
Code 551.144(c) and the meeting is conducted by all participants in reliance on this opinion.
