He also has a 30-minute presentation he would like to show to the P & Z. City Council Councilman Carpenter stated he will stay as the Planning & Zoning Liaison. Also stated that all City Council meetings will now be regular meetings, there will be no more workshops. In April the City Council meetings will start at 6:30 pm. B. Director's Report Mr. Truitt informed Mr. Evans that he checked into the drainage that runs behind the Savannah Bluff subdivision into the Kensington Ranch Estates subdivision, and the drainage is not completely built. C. Planning Commissioner Comments Ms. Tutschke: Questioned the time line of the zoning for the north. Mr. Sommers Would like to see Mr. Dahle's drainage project at the next meeting. Mr. Van Dine: No comments. Mr. Evans: Commented about the deteriorating roads in the Kramer Farm Subdivision.
