NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM

In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas
Government Code notice is hereby given that a Possible Quorum of the governing body of
the Schertz Economic Development Corporation, Schertz, Texas may take place on the
18th day of December 2025, 6:30 p.m. at Makos on the Creek, located at 169 Buffalo
Place, Cibolo, TX 78108.
One or more members of the Schertz Economic Development Corporation Board of
Directors may attend the SEDC Annual Holiday Event.
There will be no action taken by the Schertz Economic Development Board of
Directors at this meeting.
