Re: Amending the Drought Rules for Stage III and E.A.A. Sprinkler Ban.
The Public Works Dept. is requesting the roles for Stage 3 be amended to be equal as to
the City of San Antonio. These roles will only be in effect if and when Sta~ e 3 is
activated by the E.A.A.
According to the E.A.A Officials they made a mistake by activating a sprinkler ban. This
ban should have been activated in Stage 3, officials from the E.A.A. said i~ the San
Antonio Council meeting on September 14, 2000. The requested role changes are the
same as City of San Antonio.
