BE IT OHDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
That the Tax Assessor and Collector of Guadalupe County,
Texas, be and he is hereby authorized to assess and collect
taxes for the City of Schertz, Guadalupe County, Texas, in
he
accordance with and as/is required to do by Articles 1042b,
Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, and be it further
provided that the property assessed in the City of Schertz,
Texas shall be assessed at the same value as it is assessed
for county and State purposes and that such tax assessor and
collector receive for his services the maximum fee provided
by law, all as is more fully provided in Art. 1042b, Section
1 through 5, Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
