WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz (the "Cit " has Bete 'ned th '

Sheriff's Office. However, upon annexation, the City of Schertz Police De artment will extend
regular and routine patrols to the area. It is anticipated that the implementa ion of police patrol
activities can be effectively accommodated within the current budget and staff a propriation.
