is recommended for approval by the staff, and approval thereof will be strictly on the basis of staff recommendations. Approval of the Consent Agenda authorizes the Planning and Zoning
Director to proceed with each item in accordance with staff recommendations. The Planning and Zoning Co?mmission has received background information and has had an opportunity to review
these items prior to consideration. Listed below are non-public hearing applications and other items to be approved within the Consent Agenda. This list is provided on the Consent Agenda
to allow Planning and Zoning Commissioners the opportunity to discuss or withdraw an item for individual consideration prior to approval of the Consent Agenda. If no items are individually

approval of a final plat of Old Wiederstein Road. The 16.667± acres establishes the right-of-way for Old Wiederstein Road from IH 35 south approximately 2,700 feet, then east to FM 1103.
