IH-35 South. The purpose of this SUP is to authorize a new and unlisted use in accordance with Unified Development Code Article IV, Permitted Uses, Section 4. The proposed use is for
a heavy equipment rental and sales establishment in the General Business District (GB). B. ZC2007-012 Parkland Dedication Requirements-UDC Amendment Hold a public hearing and consider
an amendment to the text of Article XI, Platting, Section 32, Parks and Recreation Areas, of the Unified Development Code of the City providing for land dedication requirements and fee-in-lieu
of land dedication requirements. C. PC2007-086 Hubertus Retail-RP Hold a public hearing, consider and act upon a request for a replat of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Block 1 of the Hubertus
Retail Subdivision, containing 7.999± acres of land located on the southeast corner of Interstate Highway 35 and FM 1103. The property is zoned General Business (GB). D. PC2007-097 Pesado
Construction-RP Hold a public hearing, consider and act upon a request for approval of a replat of a portion of Lot 6, Block 1, of the Vestal Subdivision establishing Lot 7, Block 1,
