AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (Ul
ORDINANCE NO. 96-S-28 BY REZONING APPROXlMATI
14.57 ACRES OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY 1
REFLECTING SUCH CHANGES ON CERTAIN ZON
MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ IJ
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHE
TEXAS;
THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is I'
amended in the following manner:
SECTION 1
"Rezone 14.57 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas,
being more particularly described in the Field Notes attached
and made a part hereof, from Single-Family Dwelling
District (R-2) to Garden Home District (R-5)."
SECTION 2
THAT, The Zoning District Maps described and referred to in Article I
5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of the City of Schertz Udc Ordinance 96-S-28 shall b
to reflect the above amendments.
