'8 b - R - 7 A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE INSTITUTION OF PROCEEDINGS IN EMINENT DOMAIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * WHEREAS, Texas (the City) construct drainage the City Council of the City of Schertz. has determined that it is necessary to improvements to alleviate flooding; and WHEREAS. the City has been unable necessary easement for drainage purposes on lands hereinafter described in this resolution; to and and secure across the the WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary to institute proceedings in eminent domain to acquire such needed easement; now. therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS I.
