BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
INSTITUTION OF PROCEEDINGS IN EMINENT DOMAIN
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING AN EASEMENT FOR
DRAINAGE PURPOSES.

WHEREAS,

0.184 of an acre of laoo, more or less, sane being out of arrl a part of that
certain 160 acre tract of laoo out of the John Saladin Survey No. 404,
Abstract No. 299, in G.1adalupe County, Texas, which 160 acre tract of laoo was
conveyal to Evelyn Krcmne Ripps by deED datal Novanber 10, 1952 aoo recorded
in Volume 262, Pages 168 - 170 of the DeED Records of Guadalupe County, Texas,
said 0.184 of an acre of laoo, more or less, being described by metes aoo
bourrls as follows:
BEGINNING at a point lying in the exist ing west bouooary line of the Ripps
property, sane being the east right-of-way line of Farm to Market Highway
No. 3009, said point is further describal as 60.00 feet left aoo at right
angles to Engineer'S SUrvey Line Station 26+36.32, said point is further
described as the southwest corner of this easanent, said point is further
described as being North 29 degrees 36 minutes 00 secooos West, a distance of
376.38 feet fran the existing southwest corner of the Ripps property, on Fallll
to Market Highway No. 3009;
THENCE North 29 degrees 36 minutes 00 secooos west, along the existing west
bouooary line of the Ripps property, sane being the east right-of-way line of
Farm to Market Highway No. 3009, a distance of 82.80 feet to a point being the
northwest corner of this easement;
THENCE North 75 degrees 24 minutes 00 secooos East, a distance of 110.70 feet
to a point being the northeast corner of this easanent;
