3. Alteration of the R.V. area shown on the
previously approved plat which was filed in
the County of Bexar, state of Texas on
January 16, 1986 and recorded in Volume 9512
on Page 112. Major concerns are the certified
alterations to the land elevations, streets,
and utility layout with this area which is
shown to be within a flood hazard zone.
