#1 CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Aguilar called to order the Regular Session of the Planning and
Zoning Commission at 7:00 PM.

#2 APPROVAL OF MINUTES - October 9, 1979
Mr. Sharp moved to accept the minutes as read. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Greenwald. The motion carried unanimously.
#3 VARIANCE REQUEST - Magdalence Corporation Zoning Variance
No request, people did not show.

PC-20 OAK FOREST SUBDIVISION - Unit III Final Approval

Mrs. Lawler moved to table any discussion on PC-20 until such time as all
paperwork and all requirements of the City Ordinances were met. Seconded
by Mr. Willman, passed unanimously.

VARIANCE REQUEST - Mr. Billy J. Williams Zoning Variance for mobile home
No paperwork.
#6 BOA CASE #11 - Mr. & Mrs. Daryl Morrison Setback Variance at 420 Nell Deane
Mr. Aguilar felt that BOA should call the people and talk to them and make
a decision.
Mr. Sharp make a motion to return BOA Case #11 to the BOA to make a decision.
Mr. Willman seconded. Passed unanimously.
#7 STAFF BRIEFING
Mr. HammbriefedPlanning and Zoning Commission about problems with Mr.

Simmons and other builders, where the City Engineer is doing their work
with the City paying for it.
Performance Bonds were discussed.
Filing fees were discussed and Planning and Zoning Commission was
informed that our City Engineer spends an average 5-6 hours on Platts
with a cost of $30.00 an hour to the City.
Planning and Zoning Commission discussed making filing fees with cost
plus City Engineer's fee to save City money. It was felt that in this
way the Engineer of the builders would be forced into doing his job
properly.

Postponed.

Mr. Sharp motioned meeting adjourned at 9:00 PM.
