seconded. Motion carried. The money ($40.33) missing from our account wa~eally
there-the city computer just didn't print it. $800 of the cash is genealogy money.

- our monthly stats are up over last year.
the roo~as been fixed for around $1700.00 out of the maintenance portion of the
budget.
the meeting room policy has been completed and sent to Mr. Sweatt. The tax payer
group has been pestering about unlimited use of the room.
she spoke to the LionneSS' Club last Tues. (Jan 28th) & gave them a tour of the library.
the library was L."oken into 1/15; money and a watch were taken.
- the library received the automatlon grant from the state llorary she'd app~ied for
in December. It will pay for the Precision I data base for cataloging and will in-
clude the second year update.
- she is in the process of writing specs for the security system and has looked at
~D~Go, 3M, and Checkpoint systems.
- she went to the RAFB library to judge their scrapbook contest.
- the Biz Club is sponsoring a trail ride dance & she will be selling tickets.
OOMMITTEE REPORTS:
No Report from Finance. Hosnitality. Policy. Publicity. or Building.
Book Committee: Richard will post book store closing signs on Feb. 24th. It will
be closed for 2 Tuesdays before the annual book store.
OLD BD SINESS
- the board received a thank you ?ote from Margaret Lemm for naming-the genealogy
room for her husband.
NEW BUSINESS
- estimate from Bob Shepherd for 5 new add on nonfiction shelves is $2000.00.
