The LAB met in regular session on Monday: September 14, 1992.

Connie moved and Margaret seconded a change in the agenda to allow Gerald Garrison,
president of the Randolph Area Genealogy Societ~ to speak.
Mr. Garrison-
-explained they are here to help, not hinder the lihrary operation.
-sai dthey meet the 3rd \.Iednesday of every month except December and will
honor the new meeting room requirements.
-requested a waiver of the new requirement to meet w~~n the library is open

-requested a second waiver of the new requirement of no more than 6 consecutive

holding the globe.

contest. in front of the library.
- the new budget was approved without any cuts in the library request. $.l.7, 750.00
will come from the county and $60.109.00 from the city, totaling :lU07,859.00
- she sent flowers to Donnette Davis, a faithful volunteer with a severely broken
ankle. She ordered flowers for the library from the"board in memorY of Lois Moore~
a former volunteer. The library has been designated beneficiary of her memorials.
