LAB 11-02-1992 LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD MINUTES The LAB met in regular session on Monday, November 2, 1992. Members present: Gerald Thurman, Chairman Margaret Riley, Vice-Chair Ruth Tienor, Secretary Julie Parr, Treasurer The minutes were presented. seconded. Motion carried. The treasurer's report waH~~resented. Julie could not obtain figures from City Hall because they have not finished computing end of the month statistics. Garriso~of the Genealogical Society. of the board's decision to 8~low the Society to meet on the third Wednesdays of October and November of this year And to deny them use of the meeting room for eleven consecutive months next year. Mr. Garrison requested the decision be mAde in writing for him to take to their next meeting. She asked Connie to compose the letter.
