for FY91. The sources of income included the amounts received
from the city and the county for each year. We were advised that
the security system had been deleted from the budget for this
year. Barbara Stanhope advised that she would see to it that
each council member received a copy of the chart.
Gail advised that we need an additional light fixture, and that
the air-conditioner compressors need to be checked. Ruth moved
that we call the electrician to take care of these items. Mary
seconded the motion. Motion carried.

The book store will be open on Tuesdays from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00
P.M. A volunteer is working in the book store on these days.
There was some discussion concerning the prices being charged for
the books. It was suggested that perhaps we could charge more
for those b06ks jn very good condition. There was 'also some
discussion as to whother or not to collect sales tax at the time
of the sale. We will have to pay sales tax on a quarterly basis
through the city on all sales in the book store.
Julie moved that we adjourn.
