The minutes were presented. Margaret moved to accept the minutes and Gerald seconded it. Motion carried. The treasurer's report was presented. Items for discussion concernlng the book sale were the need for tables, lights, fans, a possible work day, and publicity. Tony and David are to meet concerning the building plans for the library addition. NEW BUSINESS: Connie suggested that we give a memorial in honor of Mr. Ray Stanhope <City Councilmember). Ruth moved that the board donate $100.00 to a beautification fund for the city in memory of Ray Stanhop. contingent upon the establishment of such a fund. Tony seconded. Motion carried.
