About IOO children from surronding DRY Care centers have toured the
Li brery..
Senior Citizens now have trensportation to visit the Library regulary
on Fridpys.
Linn reported on the meeting Bt Austin of the System Advisory Council
Confrence of Texas State Library & Archives Commiss ion.,
Margaret & Linn also attended the Southwest Confrence Library Association
at the Convent~on Center in Ssn Antonio Oct. 30 &3Ist. Vance Packard
was the guest speaker with a choice of lectures and workshops sveiable.
There were 42 resident 2I non resident and 3 users fee cards issued in
Oct. with $36.II in fines end 42 Children attending Story Hour. A circul-
ation of 1706 books..
There ere now cetploged II,155 books, I60 records and we have recieved
30-40 new records not catalOGed..

Fifty copies of Mr., Gooches State Library's recomendations survey were
sent to the Library..
