LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD MINUTES
The Library Advisory Board met in regular session on Monday,
March 5, 1984, at 7:30 pm.

Fred Ross moved the minutes be approved as corrected. Doris
seconded.

Fred Dominguez moved the Treasurer's Report be approved. Margaret
seconded.

$9,517 of furniture. It was also agreed to order the casual
furniture.

PUBLIC RELATIONS - Harriett will put notice in the Herald-News
for the Book Sale. We should try to split publicity notices
in the Herald with the UC library.

OLD BUSINESS
Flag Pole - Adolph Aguilar suggested we talk with Mr. Gilmore.
Consider a spotlight for the flag pole.
BOOK SALE - Ruth recommended hours be changed to Friday, 11-8;
Sat, 10-5; Sun, 12-3. All in favor. Ruth recommended books
sell by the inch on Saturday and Sunday. D-IO to be called for
posters. Ruth passed around sign-up worksheet. Margaret
will send a letter to the city numbering the non-book items.
Ruth made a motion to adjourn. Fred Ross seconded.
