#6 PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE - Oak Forest Unit IV, Coy Simmons
The new concept to Unit IV was to have four cul-de-sac 50' x 50'
off of Lazy Oak.
Mr. Simmons pointed out there exist an agreement that the City was
to improve the existing entrance way on Circle Oak Drive and provide
curbing 'from the east side of the entrance way up to the intersection
with Lazy Oak Lane. This agreement has not yet been fulfilled by the
City.
This statement was vertified by Planning and Zoning minutes of April
12, 1978 and the Schertz City Council minutes of April 18, 1978.
Mr. Simmons also asked if the Commission would be more agreeable to
widen Lazy Oak instead of using the cul-de-sac concept.
