#1 CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Wise called the meeting to order at
7:00 P.M.

#2 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: On a motion by Mr. Linebarger, seconded by
Mr. Sharp, the minutes of the 26th of October
were approved unanimously.
#3 HEARING OF RESIDENTS: There were no residents wishingto be heard
at this time.
#4 The Commission review the final plat of Maxwell IS subdivision.
After study, Mr. Stanhope moved the final plat of Maxwell IS sub-
division be approved. Mr. Sharp seconded the motion which was
unanimously approved.
#5 Preliminary/Final Plat review of vacating plat of lots: 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 14 and lots: 38 and 39, Block 15
and Resubdivision Plat of lots: 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 and 48, Block
14 and Lots: 53 and 54, Block 15, Northcliffe East Community
Section One.
Mr. Richard Solis, Engineering Technician, and Mr. Tom Reynolds
of U.S. Homes, were present to discuss and explain questions
pertaining to the plat.
On a motion by Mrs.Wise and seconded by Mr. Linebarger, the pre-
liminary/Final plat as stated above was approved, with a unanimous
vote.
#6 Preliminary/Final Plat review Garza Subdivision.
Mr. Sharp made a motion to approve the preliminary/final palt for
Garza subdivision. The motion was seconded by Mr. Linebarger and
unanimously approved.
