Bob Jacobson, City Inspector
#1 CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Aguilar called the meeting to order at
7:00 P.M.
#2 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Mr. John Linebarger made a motion to approve
the minutes of November 9 & 30, 1977 meetings.
This motion was seconded by Mr. Ray Stanhope. The Commission approved this
motion unanimously.
#3 HEARING OF RESIDENTS: No residents were in attendance.
#4 DISCUSSION OF HORSESHOE OAKS SUBDIVISION: City Inspector, Bob
Jacobson briefed the
Commission on the latest proposal submitted on Horseshoe Oaks Subdivision.
Mr. Jarozewski had concurred with staff recommendations concerning re-naming
of certain streets and the widening of the proposed entrance on the South
portion off FM 3009. The Commission discussed the lengthy street names;
i.e. Lazy Horseshoe Lane. They felt that possibly the names could be shorter,
although there were no definite objections to Mr. Jarozewski's right to name
the streets. There being no further discussion on this matter, it was closed.
#5 ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 P.M. Mr. John Linebarger
made the motion and it was seconded by Mr. Jack Stomakin.
