BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCn.. OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: THAT: UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28, as same may have heretofore been amended, of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby amended in the following manner. SECTION I "Establishing permanent zoning for a 194.56:1: acre tract being situated out of the John Noyes Survey No. 259, Abstract No. 253, Guadalupe County, Schertz Texas, more particularly described in the Field Notes and Map, as attached hereto as Exhibit A, of Single-Family Residential District-7 (R-7) and General Business District (GB)" SECTION II The Official Zoning Map of the City of Schertz described and referred to in Article ITI, of the UDC, Ordinance 96-8-28 shall be changed to reflect the above amendments.
