That the City Police Chief .hall post a copy of this order at the Polling Place of
aaid City, which posting shall be done not les. than thirty (30) day. prior to the date
fixed for said election.
Any person eligible under the laws of the State of Texas ..y file for the above
nased offices. The deadline for filing is 4:45 o'clock PM of March 2, 1972.
Absentee voting will be held from March 8, 1972 through March 28,1972. Anyali-
gible voter may vote absentee. Absentee voting in person will be conducted during the
hours of 8:30 a.m. & 4:45 p.m. Monday throulh Friday at City Hall. Applications for
absentee voting must be made to the City Secretary of the City of Schertz, Texas.
Immediately after 8aid election is held, the officers holding the ..me shall make
returns of the results thereof to the City Council .s required by.the Ilection Code of
this State.
A copy of this order shall also .erve al . writ of election which sh.ll be delivered
to the above appointed Presiding Judge for I.id election.
