A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
SETTING A TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF 83.22 ACRES
OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF BEXAR COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas,
desires to institute proceedings concerning the territory
described herein; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6, Article 970a, Vernon's
Texas Civil Statutes, public hearings are required, NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing is hereby scheduled for 7:00 o'clock p.m.
Tuesday, September 17, 1985, to be held in the Council Chambers
of the Municipal Complex, 1400 Live Oak Road, Schertz, Texas, to
obtain the views of the public concerning the proposed annexation
of 83.22 acres of land as described on the attached fieldnotes
description and map: and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT a second public hear ing is hereby scheduled for 7: 00
0' clock p.m., Tuesday, October 1, 1985, to be held in the
Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 1400 Live Oak Road,
Schertz, Texas, to obtain the views of the public on the proposed
annexation of 83.22 acres of land, as described in the attached
fieldnote description and map, and made a part hereof.
